MEDIATION SERVICES
Mediation Services
Focused help for the disputes Georgians actually face — handled by a registered civil mediator, in person in metro Atlanta or by video across Georgia.

Civil Disputes
Who it is for: Individuals, neighbors, consumers, and private parties caught in everyday civil disagreements.
Disputes that fit: Neighbor disputes, consumer complaints, and personal disagreements over money or responsibilities — any civil matter where both sides want a fair hearing without filing a lawsuit.
Contract Disputes
Who it is for: Business owners, contractors, freelancers, and anyone bound by an agreement that has broken down.
Disputes that fit: Disagreements over payment terms, scope of work, deadlines, or performance — where the contract exists but the trust does not. Mediation gets both sides back to the table and focused on workable terms.
Business Disputes
Who it is for: Partners, co-owners, vendors, and clients whose working relationship is strained but worth saving.
Disputes that fit: Partnership disagreements, vendor and supplier conflicts, client disputes, and internal business fallouts — resolved directly, without damaging the relationships you still need.
Property Disputes
Who it is for: Homeowners, landlords, tenants, and neighbors dealing with property-related conflict.
Disputes that fit: Boundary and fence disputes, landlord-tenant disagreements, maintenance and deposit issues, and shared-property conflicts — handled calmly and practically.
Small Claims Matters
Who it is for: Anyone with a dispute headed for small claims court — or already filed there.
Disputes that fit: Money disputes within small claims limits, where a single mediation session can resolve in hours what a court would take months to decide.
Pre-Litigation Mediation
Who it is for: Parties who want to resolve a dispute before anyone files a lawsuit.
Disputes that fit: Any civil, contract, business, or property dispute where both sides would rather talk now than litigate later. Often the fastest and least expensive path to settlement.
Court-Annexed / Referred Mediation
Who it is for: Parties ordered or referred to mediation by a Georgia court.
Disputes that fit: Cases where a judge has directed the parties to try mediation first. Sessions follow Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution standards, with a neutral mediator and a documented outcome.
Session format: Mediation sessions are held in person in metro Atlanta and by video conference across Georgia.
The mediator is neutral and does not provide legal advice to any party.
